Pt. Leo Estate Reserve Chardonnay is made with handpicked, estate grown fruit. The vines curve across the Mornington Peninsula landscape towards Westernport Bay.

The fruit is gently whole bunch pressed into a tank. After setting overnight, the juice is transferred to new and seasoned French oak barrels where it is inoculated with a neutral yeast.

The barrels are stirred occasionally until the right amount of malolactic fermentation is reached. All parcels are aged on yeast lees until bottling.

Bright yellow, Pt. Leo Estate Reserve Chardonnay has subtle citrus and white stone fruit flavours, hints of oak and balanced acidity. Cellaring potential is five years.
